甘肃公安斩断一条跨境“荐股”诈骗犯罪链条_我的网站

一 |     (ECNS) -- Chinese authorities have launched a nationwide investigation into reports that formaldehyde was being used to prolong the shelf life of cabbages intended for human consumption.    The State Council Food Safety Office, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the State Administration for Market Regulation said Sunday that they had ordered local authorities to investigate the matter and take swift, strict action after it drew public attention, according to an official statement released that day.    The departments ordered a thorough trace of the affected cabbage shipments and strict measures to prevent contaminated products from entering the market.    In addition, they instructed provincial-level authorities to immediately conduct special and random inspections and market checks of cabbages and other perishable vegetables, warning that any violations would be punished severely.    The case came to light Saturday when a blogger posted a video showing individuals in Kangbao County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, dipping cabbages in a formaldehyde solution before loading them onto trucks for transportation.    Police have taken legal measures against the individuals involved, and further investigation is continuing.    (By Zhang Dongfang)                    。

二 |           　　近期，在公安部统一部署下，甘肃公安机关成功斩断一个境内外相互勾连的荐股类诈骗犯罪链条，打掉境内涉案团伙6个、境外诈骗窝点3处，抓获犯罪嫌疑人186名，串并全国案件300余起，涉案金额达8600余万元。

三 |      　　据介绍，今年3月，甘肃省嘉峪关市有群众报案称，其在短视频平台被所谓“荐股”直播吸引，加入相关“粉丝群”。群内“荐股专家”诱导受害人累计投入近500万元。当受害人想提现时，遭百般阻挠，才意识到受骗。     　　警方侦查发现，该案犯罪团伙分工明确，上下游形成了完整黑灰产业链条。前端引流人员在社交平台刷评论、发私信物色目标;中端“粉丝群”管理员一人操控数十个水军账号，每日按剧本更新话术，营造“热烈氛围”;并设有专人一对一跟进，编排话术骗取受害人信任。     　　为规避监管，诈骗团伙诱导受害人下载需邀请码登录的小众软件“企小信”。随后，推出高度仿真的虚假投资平台“某某证券资管版”，伪造职业资格证书、冒用正规券商工作人员身份，甚至设置“视频认证”环节，强化“正规”假象。     　　嘉峪关市公安局刑侦支队副支队长谢海龙介绍，诈骗分子在进账和出账过程中善于利用对公账户，凭借对公账户转账限额高、企业资质背书的特点，逃避警方侦查打击。     　　据介绍，通过国内多层银行账户层层接力的方式，受害人被骗的资金最终流向境外。     　　鉴于案情重大，甘肃省公安厅成立“3·10”专案组，联动全国23个省、68个市发起集群打击，相继抓获跑分洗钱、引流推广、技术开发等环节犯罪嫌疑人104名。     　　5月16日，通过国际警务执法合作机制，中国警方联合柬埔寨警方对3处诈骗窝点集中收网。5月25日，82名犯罪嫌疑人被押解回国，其中25名为境外逃犯。     　　警方初步统计，该案挖掘疑似受害人1.2万名，串并全国案件300余起。     　　甘肃省公安厅反诈中心负责人桑少军提醒，凡宣称“内幕消息”“稳赚不赔”“导师带队操盘”的，均为诈骗话术。投资者应通过正规渠道核实机构资质，切勿轻信非正规平台。     　　目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
